Vintage Art Deco Walnut Veneer Wardrobe
An attractive vintage Art Deco style walnut veneered wardrobe, featuring beautifully figured walnut to the front, shaped twin doors and a compact, practical design.
Internally, the wardrobe offers a hanging section with rail alongside three fixed shelves, providing a useful combination of hanging and folded storage.
Overall in good, solid vintage condition. There is general age-related wear, including some small chips, predominantly towards the rear edges. There is evidence of historic woodworm, including a small amount visible around the front lower kickboard; this has been treated as a precaution.
The handles are later replacements and are not original to the wardrobe. Unfortunately, there is no key, although both doors sit and close as they should.
A particularly attractive piece thanks to the rich colour and figuring of the walnut veneer, ideal for a bedroom, guest room or period-inspired interior.
