Delivery - Shipping Information

Delivery Information 


We only use insured local and national couriers to deliver our furniture. For national deliveries, once we have passed your details to the courier, they will make contact with you to arrange a mutually agreeable date and time for you to receive the goods. You will then be issued with a tracking number.

Orders are dispatched as soon as possible, but could take up to fifteen days to arrive – this however is usually much sooner.

Please note, upon delivery, furniture cannot be carried upstairs due to health & Safety and insurance.

For local purchases, collection can be arranged by visiting the warehouse from the Coppi Industrial estate, Rhosllanerchrugog – please contact us to arrange.

We will only hold furniture for a period of 48 hours if in receipt of a deposit which is non refundable. Arrangements for collection or delivery must be made within this timeframe. Should you have different requirements / timeframes for delivery, please discuss this with us prior to purchase, and we will endeavour to accommodate your request. If items of furniture are to be held for more than two weeks, we reserve the right to charge a fee for storage - please contact us for further information.

Should furniture purchased from us not be collected within five days, and no arrangements made, we reserve the right to charge a storage fee of £5 +VAT per day - 48 hours following the initial purchase! Please contact us to make arrangements and avoid unnecessary storage charges.

We are sorry that we have had to implement a clause for storage - but this is due to customers leaving purchased furniture at our warehouse for weeks or months on end, without making arrangements or contacting us.




Returns Policy – Upon receipt of your purchase you have a 14-day money back guarantee.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, inform Timeless Furniture UK Ltd either by email to or by phone  +44 (0) 7871 347303 and return the item within 14 days in the same condition as originally sent and you will receive a full refund (minus card processing fees).
Timeless Furniture UK can arrange collection from UK addresses; you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage and ensuring that we receive the goods in the above condition. We recommend using a signed for, insured delivery method or approved international shipping company.

Cancellations - You are able to cancel your order within 14 working days. The 14 days will start the day after you receive the goods.  Provided the goods are received by Timeless Furniture UK in the same condition as originally sent, and with the same packaging that they left our shop in, we will fully refund the price of the goods (Minus card Processing fees). You will receive your refund within 30 days, although usually much sooner.
