Vintage Walnut Dressing Table with Triple Mirror
An attractive vintage walnut dressing table with a beautifully shaped triple mirror and elegant cabriole-style legs.
The dressing table has a lovely warm walnut finish, complemented by decorative gilt metal mounts to the legs and centre, together with ornate metal handles. The shaped front and slender legs give it a particularly elegant appearance.
Above is a substantial three-part dressing mirror, with a large shaped central mirror flanked by two adjustable side mirrors. The bevelled glass adds another attractive period detail.
There are four drawers in total, two to either side, all of which run well and provide useful storage for cosmetics, jewellery and other dressing-table essentials.
Condition: Solid and sturdy overall with signs of previous use consistent with age. There is some discolouration/marking to both the left and right sides of the tabletop, together with areas of fading/discolouration to the sides. The left-hand mirror has some numbers/markings visible towards the lower section of the glass; we are unsure how these have occurred. Please see photographs for details.
A very decorative piece of vintage bedroom furniture that would look particularly good in either a traditional bedroom or contrasted against a more contemporary interior.
