A wonderfully characterful vintage oak Bookcase/Display Cabinet, cleverly created from two period pieces to form a practical and highly decorative storage unit. The upper glazed cabinet offers excellent display space, while the sturdy lower base provides a generous work surface, drawer and useful lower shelf, making it ideal for a kitchen, dining room, study or retail display.
The solid oak construction showcases attractive grain throughout, complemented by turned bobbin legs, carved scroll brackets and glazed panel doors. The cabinet separates into two sections for easier transport and reassembly.

* Historic dowel holes visible to the lower front of the upper cabinet

* Cabinet lock functions but no key is supplied (replacement key should operate the lock)
* Base drawer runs smoothly; key supplied operates the drawer lock only
