An exceptional mid-century Priory-style gentleman’s wardrobe, crafted in richly grained oak and distinguished by its beautifully carved Gothic-inspired door panels. The doors retain their original wooden knobs and decorative metalwork, lending the piece a strong sense of character and authenticity.
The interior is thoughtfully arranged with a full-length pull-out hanging rail to the left and a bank of shaped corner shelves to the right, offering both practical storage and an elegant fitted appearance. As typical of gentleman’s wardrobes of this period, the piece is slightly more compact in width, making it ideal for both traditional and modern interiors.
The oak displays a warm, deep patina, and while there are light marks and age-related scratches consistent with use, and a small chip to the back of the upper left hand side, the wardrobe remains wonderfully solid, sturdy, and highly sought after.
Comes complete with a key.
