Vintage Mahogany Writing Desk with Pull-Out Writing Surface

A lovely vintage mahogany writing desk with an elegant traditional design, attractive wood grain and slender shaped legs.

The raised gallery features four small drawers, two additional central drawers and a selection of open compartments, providing plenty of useful storage for stationery, letters and paperwork.

The pull-out writing surface slides smoothly and features a green leather inset. Beneath are two further drawers, both opening and closing easily.

The desk is in good vintage condition overall. The top and pull-out section are generally well presented, with a small white mark to the leather, as shown in the photographs. The sides show minor signs of age-related wear, while the legs are solid and sturdy.

A charming and practical piece, ideal for a home office, study or bedroom.
