A charming vintage four-panel folding bedroom screen, featuring decorative fabric upholstery on both sides and a traditional wooden frame. One side is covered in an attractive tapestry-style fabric depicting romantic pastoral scenes, with elegantly dressed ladies and gentlemen beneath trees. The repeating design features soft pinks, greens and cream tones, giving the screen a lovely traditional appearance.
 
 
The reverse features a contrasting floral and bird-patterned fabric, with large flowers, foliage and decorative birds against a darker background. The four hinged panels allow the screen to be arranged in different positions, making it ideal as a bedroom dressing screen, room divider or decorative feature. It also folds completely flat for easier storage.
 
 
Condition: The pastoral-scene fabric is the better-presented side, retaining an attractive colour and appearance. The reverse appears to have been added primarily to cover the frame and has been secured in places using drawing pins. This side would benefit from some attention or reupholstering. Overall, a characterful vintage piece with potential.
