A charming oak bookcase, dating from the 1940s, with attractive carved detailing and practical storage.
 
Condition:
The top is in good order. The right side shows a section of missing veneer near the base, now darkened with age, while the left side has only light marks.
 
Design Details:
  • Elegant carved motif to the central front panel and additional carving to the base.
  • Two glazed doors, complete with working key, open and close smoothly.
  • Interior fitted with three adjustable shelves for versatile storage.
 
 
Notes: For stability, this bookcase is best weighted with books or similar items inside, as the frame can tilt slightly forward if both doors are left open without support.
 
A characterful vintage piece with plenty of display potential, combining practical storage with timeless oak craftsmanship.

Delivery Information

We offer FREE delivery to England, Wales and most parts of Scotland (excluding The Highlands), If delivery is required to Northern Scotland, please contact us prior to purchase.

We do not currently offer delivery outside of mainland UK, or to the Scottish Highlands.

We do not currently offer international shipping, but will work with existing freight distributors.

Collection is available from our warehouse - LL14 1TG. Please select collection at checkout.

Delivery Information

You will receive advance notice of a day and time for delivery within approximately 10 working days, and delivery can take up to 15 working days from order date.

In case of return, items must be received back in the same condition as delivered, and you are responsible for cost of return. Should you wish for us to arrange collection, please get in touch.
