Victorian Mahogany Two Over Three Chest of Drawers

A handsome Victorian mahogany chest of drawers, featuring a traditional two-over-three arrangement, rich warm mahogany tones and attractive rounded front corners.

The chest offers five spacious drawers, all opening and closing smoothly, with matching wooden knob handles. One handle on the bottom left drawer is slightly lighter in colour than the others.

The top displays general surface marks and wear consistent with age, including a small area of missing veneer along the edge. The sides are in good overall condition, while the drawer fronts retain a lovely aged appearance.

There is some minor chipping to the framework between the drawers, and areas of loss to some of the drawer bases, although all remain solid and usable.

The chest stands on four very low feet and is a substantial, practical piece of Victorian bedroom furniture, full of character and charm.

Condition: Good antique condition overall, with age-related wear, surface marks and small areas of veneer loss, as photographed.
