Design & Details:
Dressed in stunning, highly detailed brocade silk and resin kimonos with vibrant floral, wave, and traditional geometric patterns. One doll is elegantly posed holding a golden fan, while the other holds a traditional tsuzumi hand drum.
 
Hair & Makeup:
Classic shimada style hairstyles adorned with ornate kanzashi hair ornaments and a hand-painted face featuring delicate facial features.
 
Base:
Each doll stands securely on its own black lacquered wooden display base.
 
Original Packaging Included:
Comes with the two original vintage bright orange storage boxes labeled 日本人形 (Nihon Ningyō / Japanese Doll) and 特選 (Tokusen / Special Selection), confirming their premium vintage status.
 
Condition:
Excellent vintage pre-owned condition. The kimono fabrics remain vibrant and intact. The original boxes show some typical light shelf wear and vintage aging/tape marks as pictured, which protects and confirms the authenticity of the dolls.
