Set of Six 19th Century Mahogany Dining Chairs
Set of Six 19th Century Mahogany Dining Chairs
A charming set of six 19th century mahogany dining chairs, showcasing elegant Victorian craftsmanship with beautifully shaped backs, turned front legs and rich mahogany frames. These attractive chairs retain plenty of period character and would make a wonderful addition to both traditional and contemporary interiors.
The chairs have been professionally reupholstered at some stage in a striking botanical fabric. An interesting design feature is that three chairs have the red leaf pattern as the dominant colour, while the remaining three feature the brown background as the dominant colour, creating a complementary matched set.
Each chair has a decorative shaped centre splat, moulded crest rail and turned front legs, making them ideal for everyday dining or as occasional chairs.
