A lovely reproduction mahogany bookcase featuring attractive astral glazed doors, a warm mahogany finish and elegant traditional detailing.

The upper section has two glazed doors with decorative astral glazing bars, opening to reveal three adjustable shelves, ideal for displaying books, ornaments or treasured collections. The doors open and close well, and the key is present and working.

The lower section provides additional useful storage, with two drawers that run smoothly and a double-door cupboard with an internal shelf. One working key is supplied for the cupboard.

The bookcase has an attractive moulded cornice, decorative panelled cupboard doors and traditional brass-style handles.


Condition

Overall, a good, solid and attractive piece with some signs of age and use.

  • Very small chips to the ends of the base feet.

  • Slight variation in colour between the two sides.

  • Some surface scratches to the top of the lower section, where the upper section has previously been removed.

  • Drawers and doors open and close well.

The bookcase separates into two sections for easier transportation and installation.

    We offer FREE delivery to England, Wales and most parts of Scotland (excluding The Highlands), If delivery is required to Northern Scotland, please contact us prior to purchase.

    We do not currently offer delivery outside of mainland UK, or to the Scottish Highlands.

    We do not currently offer international shipping, but will work with existing freight distributors.

    Collection is available from our warehouse - LL14 1TG. Please select collection at checkout.

    You will receive advance notice of a day and time for delivery within approximately 10 working days, and delivery can take up to 15 working days from order date.
