Pine 5 Drawer Chest – Hamlet Pine Furniture, Made in England
A lovely solid pine five-drawer chest, made in England by Hamlet Pine Furniture, retaining the maker’s label inside.
The chest offers plenty of practical storage with two smaller drawers over three full-width drawers, all of which open and close well. Each is finished with attractive matching traditional-style metal handles, which complement the warm colour and natural grain of the pine beautifully.
Condition: Solid, sturdy and well made throughout. The sides are generally in good condition, while the top has some markings and signs of previous use, as you would expect from a pre-owned piece, but nothing we consider particularly significant. The natural knots and variations in the timber give the chest plenty of character. Please see photographs for overall condition.
A good-quality and versatile piece of English-made pine furniture, ideal for a bedroom but equally useful for additional storage elsewhere in the home.
