Georgian Mahogany Tilt Top Table
Georgian Mahogany Tilt Top Table
A charming Georgian mahogany tilt-top occasional table, dating to the late 18th / early 19th century. The circular top shows a rich, mellow patina developed over more than 200 years, with natural surface marks that only add to its character.
The table tilts up and down smoothly, standing securely on a turned column and tripod base with elegant swept legs. As is often found with antique pieces of this age, the top shows a slight slant from long use on one side, but it remains stable and full of period charm.
A practical yet decorative piece, perfect as a lamp table, occasional table, or simply as an antique feature in any room.
