A distinguished ‘Millennium 2000’ floor globe produced by the Franklin Mint in collaboration with the Royal Geographical Society, conceived to mark the turning of the millennium. Of classic library form, the globe is set within a double gimbal mount and raised on an elegant tri-column wooden stand, each column terminating in a cast-metal foot and capital that lends architectural gravitas.
The polished brass equatorial ring is finely engraved with key historical dates and global events, underscoring the educational and commemorative purpose of the piece. With its harmonious mix of timber, metalwork, and cartographic detail, the globe offers both decorative presence and scholarly appeal.

Delivery Information

We offer FREE delivery to England, Wales and most parts of Scotland (excluding The Highlands), If delivery is required to Northern Scotland, please contact us prior to purchase.

We do not currently offer delivery outside of mainland UK, or to the Scottish Highlands.

We do not currently offer international shipping, but will work with existing freight distributors.

Collection is available from our warehouse - LL14 1TG. Please select collection at checkout.

Delivery Information

You will receive advance notice of a day and time for delivery within approximately 10 working days, and delivery can take up to 15 working days from order date.

In case of return, items must be received back in the same condition as delivered, and you are responsible for cost of return. Should you wish for us to arrange collection, please get in touch.
