Edwardian Walnut Single Door Mirrored Wardrobe with Carved Panels
 
 
A beautiful Edwardian walnut wardrobe featuring stunning decorative burr walnut panels, attractive carved detailing and a wonderful warm colour throughout.
 
 
The wardrobe has an elegant traditional shape, with a moulded top cornice, beautifully figured walnut panels to either side of the central mirrored door and a large drawer to the base.
 
 
The contrasting wood grain and decorative detailing make this a particularly attractive piece of Edwardian bedroom furniture. The sides and top are generally in good condition, with minor signs of wear consistent with age. The central mirrored door opens and closes correctly and sits shut nicely. There is a lock fitted, although unfortunately we do not have a key that operates it.
 
 
Inside is a full-width hanging compartment with a hanging rail and two additional hooks. The lower drawer provides useful extra storage and features two matching handles.
 
An excellent feature of this wardrobe is that it dismantles into five sections, making it considerably easier to transport and manoeuvre into a bedroom. The sections simply slot together when assembled.

* Left side section
* Right side section
* Central door
 
 
A wonderful piece of Edwardian furniture with beautiful walnut figuring, ideal for a traditional bedroom or for bringing antique character into a contemporary home.
 
 
Condition: Good antique condition overall, with age-related wear. The door and drawer are functional. No working key is supplied.
