A beautiful Edwardian stripped satinwood double wardrobe, featuring elegant proportions, twin full-length mirrored doors and a warm, natural satinwood finish. A timeless piece that offers excellent storage while making a striking addition to a bedroom.
 
 
The wardrobe dismantles into three sections for easier transportation and installation, consisting of the removable crown, main wardrobe section with doors, and base drawer.
 
 
The twin mirrored doors are fitted with original turn handles and open and close as they should. Please note there are no keys. Inside, the wardrobe retains its original hanging arrangement with six hooks across the back panel and two triple coat hooks mounted to the ceiling, ideal for hanging clothes and accessories.
 
 
The large base drawer runs smoothly and is fitted with matching handles, although these are later replacements rather than original.
 
 
The satinwood is in good overall condition with attractive grain throughout. The sides are generally sound, with a small sliver of wood missing to the rear of the right-hand side. There are also some light areas of age-related discolouration in places, as shown in the photographs.
 
 
Overall, this is a solid and practical Edwardian wardrobe with plenty of character, offering generous storage and a classic period appearance.
