Edwardian Oak Two-Door Cupboard
A solid and sturdy Edwardian oak cupboard, full of character and timeless appeal. This versatile piece features two panelled doors with a decorative brass key plate, opening to reveal two fixed internal shelves—perfect for practical storage.
The oak has a warm, honey-dew colour and a rich patina, enhanced by the natural wear of time. There are some cosmetic marks, including a couple of ring marks on the top, a small historic split to the right-hand door, and stable splits to the side panels—common in pieces of this age. Additionally, there is a noticeable loss of wood to the lower corner of the right-hand side, as shown in the photos. Despite these imperfections, the cupboard remains structurally sound and full of antique charm.
Blending easily with most décor styles, this piece can be used in any room of the home—ideal for storing linens, tableware, books, or everyday essentials.
