A handsome Edwardian satinwood chest of drawers with warm honey-coloured tones and plenty of character. Originally believed to have been part of a dressing table suite, the top has been sanded back at some stage, giving the piece a simpler and more rustic appearance while retaining its period charm.
The chest offers useful storage with four drawers in a practical configuration, featuring matching pairs of decorative handles to the upper and lower drawers. It remains solid and sturdy throughout, with attractive colour and patina developed over many years of use.

* Historic woodworm present, professionally treated and inactive
* Some discolouration to the sides, though nothing significant
