Early 20th Century Oak Freestanding Corner Cupboard
Early 20th Century Oak Freestanding Corner Cupboard
A charming early 20th century oak corner cupboard, beautifully made with attractive carved detailing to the doors and decorative moulded rim. With its warm oak tones and classic proportions, this is a practical and characterful piece well suited to traditional, cottage or country-style interiors.
Designed to fit neatly into a corner, it offers excellent storage while taking up minimal floor space.
The cupboard doors open and close well and retain their working lock and key. Inside are seven shelves providing ample storage and display space. Three of the larger shelves have been added at a later date and are currently finished in white, though these could easily be recovered or refinished if desired. A solid and substantial piece with lovely colour and overall shape.
Condition: Good solid condition throughout with age-related wear consistent with use. Later-added shelves as mentioned above.
