Brown Leather Button-Back Chesterfield Armchair
A handsome brown leather Chesterfield-style armchair, featuring a traditional deep buttoned back and arms, rolled armrests and decorative stud detailing to the front. The rich brown leather has a lovely warm colour and aged character, making this a particularly attractive statement chair for a living room, study, library or office.
The chair stands on castors and has a generously proportioned design with a loose leather seat cushion. The classic buttoning continues across the lower front, giving it the distinctive Chesterfield appearance.
As a vintage piece, there are signs of previous use, including a scratch to the left-hand side, a small pale blemish beneath the outer arm buttoning, and a scratch towards the upper rear which is difficult to notice.
