BRDR Furbo Danish Mid Century Teak Games Table – Reversible Top
 
 
A stylish and versatile Danish mid-century games table by BRDR Furbo, made in Denmark and crafted from teak. This well-designed piece combines functionality with classic Scandinavian style.
The table features a reversible top, with one side finished in teak for everyday use and the other upholstered in green velvet, ideal for card games or board games. The velvet is in very good condition with minimal wear and may have been replaced at some point, though it is difficult to confirm.
 
 
The tabletop sits securely within the frame rather than resting loosely on top, preventing movement. A small access opening underneath allows the top to be easily lifted and flipped.
The teak frame has a warm tone with attractive grain. This particular example shows a little more wear and marking to the wooden top surface, consistent with use, though it remains solid and perfectly usable. The legs are removable for ease of transport, and the table is relatively lightweight.
 
 
Condition
Good overall vintage condition. The wooden top shows noticeable wear and marks as mentioned. Velvet surface remains in very good condition. Structurally sound.
