Antique Oak Round Console Table on Triform Base
A charming antique oak console table, raised on an elegant triform base terminating in original brass castor feet. Compact yet full of character, this is a versatile piece that works beautifully as a lamp table, occasional table or hallway accent.
The circular top displays attractive age-related patina, including some historic ring marks and gentle discolouration, all consistent with its age and use and very much part of its appeal (see photographs). The oak shows signs of historic woodworm, which has been treated and is now inactive.
A well-proportioned and decorative little table with good colour and presence, offering both practicality and period charm.
