Reproduction Mahogany Bar Back Armchair
A handsome reproduction bar back armchair, crafted in mahogany and inspired by classic Georgian-period designs.
The chair features an elegant bar back with vertical splats, surmounted by a decorative carved crest rail with scrolling detail and finials. The shaped arms sweep outward gracefully and are supported by turned uprights, while the chair stands on square section legs united by a turned H-stretcher, providing both strength and stability.
The seat is upholstered in a decorative floral tapestry seat pad, adding a charming traditional touch which complements the warm tones of the mahogany frame.
A solid, sturdy and comfortable chair, well suited as a desk chair, hall chair, bedroom chair or occasional armchair.
The piece remains in very good overall condition, showing only minor signs of age and use while retaining a lovely mellow finish.

    If furniture shows signs of historic worm, we will check that this is inactive and treat accordingly to give both you and us peace of mind. Any signs of historic worm will be described in the description.

    Delivery Information

    We offer FREE delivery to England, Wales and most parts of Scotland (excluding The Highlands), If delivery is required to Northern Scotland, please contact us prior to purchase.

    We do not currently offer delivery outside of mainland UK, or to the Scottish Highlands.

    We do not currently offer international shipping, but will work with existing freight distributors.

    Collection is available from our warehouse - LL14 1TG. Please select collection at checkout.

    Between 5 – 15 Working Days.

     

    Delivery Information

    You will receive advance notice of a day and time for delivery within approximately 10 working days, and delivery can take up to 15 working days from order date.

    In case of return, items must be received back in the same condition as delivered, and you are responsible for cost of return. Should you wish for us to arrange collection, please get in touch.
