Timeless Furniture UK offers a Standard One Man Delivery service within the UK for approximately £75

Two man assembled delivery can be offered by Quote upon Request

Delivery usually takes no more than two weeks but during busy periods, please allow up to 28 days.

Approximate costs are as follows –

England, Scotland and Wales £60 – £120 fully insured, dependent on the size of the item.

For multiple purchases, please contact us for a quote.

Ireland £100 – £200 however, larger items can cost more.

Europe £200 – £500 - please contact us for a quote.

For Countries not in Europe, please email for an exact quote.

The prices above are only a guide, and we recommend that you first email us to enquire for an exact quotation.

Should you want to purchase more than one item, please contact us as shipment of multiple items can be cheaper.

Delivery & Returns

Returns Policy – Upon receipt of your purchase you have a 14-day money back guarantee.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase inform Timeless Furniture UK Ltd either by email to timelessfurnitureuk@outlook.com or by phone  +44 (0) 7871 347303 and return the item within 14 days in the same condition as originally sent and you will receive a full refund (minus card processing fees).
Timeless Furniture UK can arrange collection from UK addresses; you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage and ensuring that we receive the goods in the above condition. We recommend using a signed for, insured delivery method or approved international shipping company.

Cancellations - You are able to cancel your order within 14 working days. The 14 days will start the day after you receive the goods.  Provided the goods are received by Timeless Furniture UK in the same condition as originally sent, and with the same packaging that they left our shop in, we will fully refund the price of the goods (Minus card Processing fees). You will receive your refund within 30 days, although usually much sooner.
