Edwardian mahogany decoratively carved bow front  sideboard. 
The base has two central drawers over a small cupboard, flanked by two further drawers and larger cupboards below. 
The sideboard is furnished with decorative metal handles and has beautiful classical floral carvings to the cupboard doors - this all rests on short turned supports. 
The right hand cupboard has a cellarette  and a single shelf and the right hand cupboard has a single
Fitted shelf. 
The top has a split that runs the full length of the top - which is usually for these Edwardian sideboards - it has however been secured and there is not movement. 
There is also a small piece of trim missing from the base on the left hand side of the piece and also there are signs of minimal historic worm which is inactive and has been thoroughly treated. 
There are some superficial marks here and there, but nothing major to note. 
This sideboard is solid and sturdy and affords great storage. It is a beautiful and elegant piece of furniture and would fit in with most surroundings and decor.
Originally we think this would have been the base of a mirror backed sideboard - but it looks really lovely as is!
