Edwardian mahogany bookcase, having two glazed doors with three adjustable wooden selves, over two drawers and two cupboard doors which are furnished with decorative metal handles. 
The book case all rests on simple tapered supports.
Originally, this bookcase would have had a plinth to the crown - but it looks more simplistic without it! 
It affords great storage and would house numerous books. 
The dimensions of this piece are not too big - making it versatile enough to fit in most rooms.
The bookcase is solid and sturdy and splits in two for ease of movement and transport. 
There are some small  superficial cosmetic marks here and there and some general fading to the wood - which is consistent with age and use, but nothing major to note! 
This is a great piece of furniture that will be here for generations to come!
