Antique Victorian mahogany chest on chest, having ogive cornice above two short over six long drawers, furnished with knob handles, resting on splayed feet.
 This is a beautiful piece of furniture that affords great storage. It’s a timeless piece of country house furniture and has a beautiful patina that only comes with age and use. 
There are age related marks here and there which is to be expected with a piece of this age. There are also a few tacks here and there from historic fixes. 
There is evidence of historic worm but it is inactive and has been thoroughly treated. 
There are some dints and small cosmetic issues - but we feel it really makes the piece! 
Despite its few issues - it is a beautiful and imposing piece of furniture that will blend in with most surroundings and decor.
The chest is a solid sturdy piece of furniture but does split into two for ease of transport and movement. 
If you’re looking for a timeless, classic piece of Victorian furniture that will last for generations to come - then this may be for you!

All our furniture is either antique or second hand, and therefore there may be cosmetic age related surface marks, and or scratches and fading, where identified in the item description.

We kindly request that you review all photographs as these images form an essential part of the item’s description and condition, offering an important visual insight into its appearance and overall quality.

If furniture shows signs of historic worm, we will check that this is inactive and treat accordingly to give both you and us peace of mind. Any signs of historic worm will be described in the description.

Delivery Information

We offer FREE delivery to England, Wales and most parts of Scotland (excluding The Highlands), If delivery is required to Northern Scotland, please contact us prior to purchase.

We do not currently offer delivery outside of mainland UK, or to the Scottish Highlands.

We do not currently offer international shipping, but will work with existing freight distributors.

Collection is available from our warehouse - LL14 1TG. Please select collection at checkout.

Between 5 – 15 Working Days.

 

Delivery Information

You will receive advance notice of a day and time for delivery within approximately 10 working days, and delivery can take up to 15 working days from order date.

In case of return, items must be received back in the same condition as delivered, and you are responsible for cost of return. Should you wish for us to arrange collection, please get in touch.
